Upload data to iPhone

hi all,

I am desperately looking for a solution how one can upload data to the iphone 3G.
what do you reckon is the best means?
i am thinking of setting up a ftp server process within the app so that any client could upload files to it.
however, i am not experienced with all the apple api and thus struggling.

any ideas/alternatives are welcome. there is so much useless stuff i find on the net. i bet there is an existing tutorial somewhere...

Search google for HTTPServer example it opens up the iphone to upload via a web browser.

thanks, that really looks promising.
however, i can not import CFHTTPMessage.h which is supposed to be part of CFNetwork.framework

how can i integrate that into my project? i do not find it in the framework list that pops up when i try to add a framework?

how do i do that?
