which file should i install on iphone and How ?
(How means without developer account becuase i want to install just for test)

As far as I know, you can't test it without a developer account. You need a provisioning profile to test and you can only get that with a developer account.

Just want to confirm this. You need a developer account to run any kind of self-written code on your iPhone. The iPhone doesnt run unsigned code, so you need a profile to do so.
