Suggestion wanted for Graphic book style app...

I'm iphone programming newbie want a write a simple graphic book style app, something like the Disney's Toy Story app. (no need for read along, colouring function, etc. Just to show some pictures or maybe attach a movie clip when flipping through pages.)

Would like some suggestions on how to start (structure, proper file format & size, layout, logic workflow, etc.)

Well to flip through pages you can check out this sample code or try looking at UIViewAnimationTransition.
