Anybody know when we get access to the new APIs Steve mentioned that are specifically for iPhone 4?

If you're a registered developer you can access the OS 4 beta at iPhone Dev Center - Apple Developer

right... but when will Apple publish API documentation so we know how to use the code? is there another way to get it?
