Very Important: Adding New Keyboard

Hi,

Thousands or iPad users are waiting for an app in Cydia, which is the Arabic Keyboard!

iPhone 3.0+ supports Arabic perfectly, but the iPad does support Arabic except that there is no Keyboard .

I want to make an application that adds an Arabic keyboard to the Keyboard list, if any one please give me hints, links or any sort of documents to start with.

I'm willing to make this app free, but if there is any professional developer interested to develop this application as a shareware or freeware, I'm very happy to provide everything about Arabic keyboard to him/her.

Probably not worth the effort, since I would expect that as soon as the iPad gets OS 4, it will fully support the Arabic keyboard that is already available on the iPhone.

Therefore, I think 2-3 months is worth it.

I attach the iPadHebrew.dylib file, I want to do the exactly same thing but with deferent characters.

Is there any way I can decompile or crack it to change the characters?

I tried UIKBKeyboard from keyboard_file_spec - networkpx - Plist-like specification for 3.0 .keyboard files - Project Hosting on Google Code, but no luck
