Not able to add Tab bar in Navigation based app

I have Navigation based template. I need to add Tab in detail view.

Which architecture I should follow....View based, Window based, Navigation based or Tab Bar based app.

My first view would be login. Please Please help, its urgent.. I am also attaching a sample code shows what I want to do..
