Default When do you get payment from Apple?
I thought every 2nd of the month... well it's 6th...

The going trend has been about 20-25 days after the end of the month you're wanting to get paid for. You should get notification of what your sales for the month were a few days from now.

and you have to sell at least $US 250 worth otherwise it just rolls over to the next month.
