iPhone App Review Process - Lifetime?

I know this has been asked before but I was unsure on what to do, I submitted my app to apple about a week ago now and still no further action has been taken on my app other than 'Waiting for Review'. I've tried contacting them but they sent me a rather automated response giving no help or relevant information.

I was wondering what you guys/gals think?

I am in the same state, they had gotten so much faster, but I guess with the iPad the queue has gotten longer.

My app just got accepted quickly!

Its finally on the App store. WOO!

If it is in app update, it will generally go into "In Review" mode within a few minutes of submitting it (the change in status is automated). If it is a new app there really is no way to tell how long it will take. I've had it take 4 weeks and I've had it take 24 hours.
