Default Issues with generating a Certificate Signing Request

Hi All,

I am registered with the Apple Developer program and I am trying to get our newly written application onto the iPhone. However I am struggling, as per the topic, with the first step (generating a CSR). I have followed the instructions, but I get the following error message

"The user name or passphrase you entered is not correct"

I have entered the email that I registered with and the name/surname correctly.

Any ideas? I am going out of mind here. Any help would be much appreciated.

How do you expect anyone to be able to help you if you don't even tell what you entered? Perhaps a screenshot? I can't even get the Certificate Assistant to generate this error message, even when entering complete garabage into the fields.

Well I've managed to resolve the error. I deleted the apple.security.plist file from Home/Library/Preferences and then restarted the machine. I can now create the CSR. Phew.
