Trouble Getting device 3.1.3 debug version to work with my device

Basically, I have my app ready to go. however, i need to test it on a device but it is not letting me giving me an error code saying,
Code Sign error: The identity 'iPhone Developer' doesn't match any valid certificate/private key pair in the default keychain

I already filled out and received the certificates and did the keychain stuff. What should I do or what am i missing?

One suggestion would be to check you don't have an expired entry in the keychain
