Default Toolbar stuck in middle of screen when changing orientation

Hi everyone

I'm new to the iphone world and trying to develop my first app. I developp my own app in Perl at work, and I know HTML and a bit of PHP.

Everything going fine for now, but I get three tiny messy issues.

It's a navigation app, with a toolbar.
It's like this when launched:
.

I've got one issue :
If we switch to horizontal, the toolbar disappear:
.

If I switch straight back to vertical, the toolbar does appear well.
I guess I have to recalculate the place of the Toolbar, but I don't get it...

I've post my code for RootViewController.m.

I hope someone will help me, greetings from France and thanks for the cool threads.

Have a nice day

Probably don't have the resizing mask set correctly. You might be fixed to the upper-left corner, which isn't what you want. Change the settings in IB.

Also, navigation controllers have a toolbar property. You could just turn that on, then it won't be an issue.

As I don't initialise it with IB, I think the second solution is great.
Do you mind posting a few lines of code about that?

Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
