Anyone else getting TERRIBLE download speeds on the latest beta?

I'm at an internet cafe trying to get it downloaded, and I'm having nothing but trouble. Every other SDK I've downloaded (from 3.0 on) has downloaded in about an hour at this same cafe. Is the Apple server swamped, or is it fair for me to blame the speeds on the asshat in the booth to my right who's power-torrenting?

I actually got a terrible speed on my PC / Firefox. I tried again on my Mac / Safari and it was much faster - 33 minutes instead of 8 estimated hours. Might be coincidence; maybe I just got a better server the second time around?

I only use a MacBook with Safari. The download ended up taking about three hours. After torrent guy left it sped up a bit, but by that time it was almost done anyway. Still though, it seemed pretty slow.

Maybe the announcement of iPad App submission has a lot of people updating to beta 5?

Now to do it all over again next week or two when the final version comes out. >_<
