Default Saving content of UITextFields?

I'm working on an app that will require the edited text of a TextField to be saved.

How do I handle this so that the changes are saved when the app is closed?

You're going to want to use CoreData to actually save the data.

As for finding out when it's changed, head over to the docs at the apple site. It's right on the documentation page.
