Change event for TextField fires Sporadically

I have a selector set up to handle UITextFieldTextDidChangeNotification. It was working great, but now it only is firing sporadically. I haven't discovered a pattern for when it changes and when it does not.

Anyone have any ideas?

So I restored my project from the last known working build, then painstakingly went back through each update I made and put it back into the build. I got all the code back in, the only think I did not put back in were some IB updates I had made. I went into the IB file and removed all the linkages manually, then deleted the stuff I needed gone. Viola, everything is all good and working.

I can't believe I didn't realize this earlier, but live and learn I guess. Strike 3, you're out IB.
