NavBar and UIScrollView issue

Hey all,
I'm having trouble getting an UIScrollView to work while using a NavBar. Separately my NavBar works and I was able to get a UIScrollView to work in a small test project but when I try to incorporate the scrollView in the app with the navbar I can't get it to scroll for the life of me.

Maybe there is some quark about using a scrollview with a navbar that I missed? Not on my home machine right now so I cant put any code up but I will soon.

I got. For some reason every time I finally decided to post my question I fix it after spending forever staring at my code.

On a side note the issue was that I forgot to set the content size of the scroll view larger than the scroll view itsels. yea, im pretty good.
