How can i trace a route in a Map?

hi, i want to add to my applicaation a map with two specified location and trace a route between them, how can i make this?? i don't now if i should use CloudMade or a IUWebView or the apps maps in the iphone please help me.

there is one framework "MapKit" . use this

I've looked through it and there is nothing strikingly obvious as to how to do this.

You actually can use iPhone API from CloudMade - as I understood, you need a routing with your maps? - this example should help you with start: iPhone Maps Library - Wiki
