TabBar example

I added the TabBar to my View and the number of the buttons.
I want to assign some action to my buttons but the problem is:
- there is no action list for the buttons on the Tab of Refeencing Outlets
- I had a guess to do the following: pressing Ctrl I draged the button to File's Owner or View hoping that I would see the list of the available actions but nothing happened.
Please advise.
