UINavigationBar touch area!

Hi, I have searched the Internet for days to figure this out, but I can't find any solutions.

I have coded a UINavigationBar and everything works fine except that stuff placed underneath it is often hard to click since the buttons in UINavigationBar have extended touch areas.

I have also found that apps lice contacts and Spotify don't have this problem, so If anybody could tell me how to fix this It would be great. I'm almost into beta test for my app remoteless (remoteless.no), and this problem isn't really acceptable when people all the time push the wrong button.
