CrashLanding example

Hi there!

I'm working in my project since october and as I'm working on it I've found lots of references to the CrashLanding example, which is nowadays not available on the Apple page... Now I'm facing with making the iPhone keyboard available for entering the player's name when submitting the score and, again, found that CrashLanding example does this...
Can anybody send me the CrashLanding example please, so I can learn from it?
And / or does anybody knows how to exactly make the keyboard available? I know that the way is creating a UITextField but I don't know how because I've never worked with the Interface Builder and I don't know where to use it, how, and when...
