Table View Application that plays sound

Hello,

Table Views are something new to me and I'm not quite sure how I would go about doing this. I would like to make an table view application that will play a sound when a user clicks a certain phrase (similar to the World Nomads travel phrase applications.) I am already familiar with how to play a sound, I just would need to know how to make a table and be able to link each cell to a sound action.

Could someone please provide a link for a recommended tutorial or provide any insight possible?
