For one of my app,
The app icon is not visible on the device however is visible on the simulator.
The icon file name and the name given in info.plist are same.
Wat else can be the problem???

Is it a png file? Even if the extension is png make sure it actually is one. Also make sure the upper/lower case is the same, the simulator is not case sensitive but the iPhone is.

Ya it is proper.
I even did resave it as "NewIcon.png" and added again.
But no effect.

Hmm I don't know then, I always suggest deleting the app from your iPhone and choosing "Clean all targets" from the build menu, worth a shot.
