Default Open System Settings Screen

In iPhone Map application, if you started it without "Location Services" on, it will prompt and bring you to iPhone Home's Setting to allow you to switch on the Location Services.

How can my app jump to similar place? Thanks.

I was wondering the same thing: how to open the system settings screen from inside an app -- I guess it's not possible.

among other threads it's been discussed here: http://www.iphonedevsdk.com/forum/ip...tings-app.html

So the only way I see is that you guide your users to the settings screen with a friendly text and an image of a talking paper clip

...

cross out that last part

Thanks for sharing the thought. Yup, that's the limitation. Cheers.
