Default Only one distribution app certificate at a time?!

Hi,

I currently have an application on the app store. I am going to build a distribution build of my other app to submit to the app store. When I check the distribution certs tab in the dev portal, I see that there is no new certificate button, only the current certificate for my first application which is already on the app store. I don't see an edit button for that certificate. Does that mean that I need to delete the certificate and create a new one in order to build for my other application? Or is there a way to retain the existing certificate and build for both applications at the same time? Thanks.

You can use the same dist cert for multiple apps.

so you can't have one dist cert for ad-hoc distribution and one for app store distribution?

is there a way I can release my app on the app store but still release it to beta testers under the ad hoc method?

Thanks, I noticed that creating a new distribution profile will automatically add it to the certificate.
