Generate iTunes & Youtube Link

How can I generate an iTunes & Youtube Link directly in my App, like Shazam does it?

Here is a screen (its in German) what i mean:

For the iTunes thingy, you might want to consider Link to iTunes Apps Easily

For the youtube video you will need to use the YouTube API, Using the YouTube APIs to Build Monetizable Applications - YouTube APIs and Tools - Google Code

I am doing exactly same thing nowadays. When I am done, I will try to pack them into a nice API and upload them to google code.
