iPhone "iPod style" 3D scrolling browser

Does anyone know how to create a horizontal scrolling image browser, like the iPod app on the iPhone?

The next/previous images remain visible either side of the main image (at an angle) and rotate into view when you scroll the gallery with your finger. Is this an animation effect of the view?

It's called Cover Flow. It's not allowed for use in apps though, but here's a pretty good engine called Flowcover that implements something like that. Check it out: http://www.chaosinmotion.com/flowcover.m
