Same problem. I tested to upload my files from Safari and Firefox, on both Mac and PCs, at home and at the office.
Stuck with this message and I can't do anything... Any clues?

Same problem
I'm having the same problem. The frustrating part is that this is the first time I've tried uploading an application. When I called apple support about the problem, they tried charging me $45 dollars for the phone call as well lol.
I can't say this has been a positive experience with Apple. I think that they need to get rid of the bottlenecks and lift about a billion restrictions. I didn't pay $100 to develop to get little or no service.

When you called did they tell you they have been having issues or just say that everything should be fine?
This has been an issue the past couple days. If you check out the business forum there's a thread with many people having that exact same issue.

Nope. All they said was that they couldn't do anything about the website since they weren't in charge of it. I started this upload process last night and I still don't have my application uploaded. It keeps freezing when I try uploading the icon and then times out, making me restart. It's been well over 12 hours and very frustrating.
I'll check the business thread out, but I didn't get much hope from the tech support group about this being resolved any time soon.

Just read on the official forum, that the iTunes Connect team is working on it. The message was posted by an Apple official. Hopefully, it will be up and running soon.

Same problem here. Tried it with different internet connections, browsers and operating systems -> all the same result.
Maximum for me to get to the upload page. But I always stuck uploading the large icon (or screenshot icons)...
Hope this problem will be fixed soon...

Ok, this is beyond insane, it's been 24+ hours with this thing having been down. How are we suppose to upload applications now?

Maybe they are getting DDOSed by some upset developer. Or putting in new servers, that would be good. It has always been kinda slow for me here in Australia.

App wont upload
I get an error that reads
The binary you uploaded was invalid. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an Apple submission certificate.
anyone have an idea why?

yes i have. could this have something to do with not getting a public key in keychain access? when i did the certificate steps, the private key came with no problem, but the public key is not in there....
