iPhone Developer Program and jailbreak

Hi there, I've just got my new iPhone 3gs, and I'd like to start writing some apps to be sent to the App Store.
I already tried searching the forums, but couldn't find a definitve answer: if I jailbreak my phone, can I still be an "official" developer, send apps to the store and be paid for them?
Reading the license, the only thing i could find was that I can't develop apps for jailbroken phones, which I've no intention to do, but I'd really like to use some of the functionalities that Apple left out...

There are quite a few on here that have jailbroken phones and are developing apps for the App Store, no problems (2G and 3G at least, I presume it's the same with 3GS). However, when you say that you'd 'like to use some of the functionalities that Apple left out', I presume you mean undocumented API's? In which case, your app will most likely be rejected...

No, I meant functionalities for my daily phone usage (because I can still use my phone as usual, right?) like bluetooth, offline youtube and maps, some games...

Oh right, in that case, yes, you can still install 3rd party apps from Cydia etc
