Landscape NavBar App With Navbar on Top

Hi All,

So a set of app mockups landed in my lap, which were put together by a marketing company, and I'm scratching my head as it breaks nearly every rule in the HIG (splash screens, EULA in the app, tiny labels to click, combo-listbox controls, etc).

The biggest thing is the whole app is upside down. Is it even possible to have a NavBar application in landscape AND with the NavBar at the top of the screen instead of the bottom? I just tried it out of curiosity and it won't go.
