If you're looking for a tutorial on making games, there are plenty out there. You're not likely to find the source code to a complex pinball game posted anywhere. That's way beyond the scope of a tutorial, and why would someone post the full source of their app online?

Anyway, if you're trying to learn iPhone game development, start with OpenGL ES.
