Default what is expected when uploading binary through iTune Connect

I first created the app weeks ago without binary. Later when I was trying to upload binary, the page displayed "Please upload a new binary". I selected the file and clicked the "Upload" button. After a while, the same page appeared again, still titled "please upload a new binary", with additional checkbox "the app has been tested on OS 3.0" (something like that). There was no success or error messages. I just checked it and clicked "save changes"....the status of my app was changed to "In Review"...but I am not sure whether it really went through....

Does anyone have same experience?

If your app is "in review", it went through and just needs to be approved by Apple. I know that the "please upload a new binary" website can be confusing. You probably overlooked the checkmark below.
