Annotation moving (Maps like)

hello,

I'm trying to allow the user to move an annotation by selecting it and moving his finger around the screen, but I didn't find anything in the documentation. Is it possible?

I tried to create a transparent view and catch events but If I do that, I can't send events which don't interest me to the underlying mapview?
