Allowing Customization of Tab Bar

Hello, does anyone know how I could add a "more" tab that would allow the user to add, remove, and rearrange tab bar tabs?

I made a tab bar controlled test app and got it working if I added more than 5 tabs. But, I didn't pick tab bar application when I started my project, but it still has a tab bar. Any ideas?
