Use iPod Touch as debugger

Hi all!
I try to use my iPod Touch as debugger to my projects but when I compile I retrieve this error:

Code sign error: a valid provisioning profile matching the application's identifier 'Q8LQ4EPJTQ.it.ghiboz.HelloWorld' could not be found

so my situation is this:
I have the sdk latest version
I have the os 3.0 into my iPod
Into the Iphone dev portal I created the certificate and installed into my mac
I added my ipod as device
I created my app id

I create my provisioning and downloaded it
in xcode organizer I added my provision


but when I try to compile using Device - 3.0 | Debug give the error above

u need iphone developer provisioning profile .. no need of all those blah blah.blahblah.com .. its simple . problem is with your bundle identifier

thanks mate.. and how can I do this???

follow steps which are there on apple's website , they are easy but for the new comer they are tricky ..

thanks, but I don't know where is my error..., I followed the guidelines in the portal

I looked the videos in this page:
Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Developer Connection
made the same steps but the problem is the same...
the xcode compiler gives the same error

i cleaned all and recompiled and works fine!!!
