Tab Bar with Navigation Bar

I am working on an App and I trying to create some table views in the following manner.

Think AppStore app on Top 25 view. There is a Navigation with 2 buttons at the top to switch between views (could be a sort, could just be another view). This is in a Tab Bar.

I have a 3 Button Tab Bar (currently). Two buttons are basic views. The third Tab Button will bring a Navigation bar with 2 buttons. Each having sort/views of their own. The data is suffeciently similar that having them in this kind of view is warranted.

That is basically what I am working on but just cannot get the buttons to make it work.

Any suggested Tutorial sites?

I can get this to work if I make each Tab Bar button a view and leave it at that but that is not what the client wants.
