Default My device is not detected after upgrading to 3.0

Hi there,

I'm trying to upgrade to the iPhone 3.0 Beta program. I updated my device's OS and installed the 3.0 SDK.

I'm facing 2 problems with the update process.

1. In one of my machines, the Organizer keeps saying that DeveloperDisk Image couldn't mounted. I can no longer use my phone for the development testing. This is blocking my work completely.

2. In my other machine, I accidentally removed device from the organizer. It got removed from iTunes as well. I couldn't figure out how to add my device back to the Organizer or iTunes. Can you please help in identifying the way to make the iTunes detect my phone?

Thank You,
Kishore

1. Are you sure you have 3.0 Beta 3 SDK on your machine and 3.0 Beta 3 OS software on the device. (ie: if you have the wrong versions installed: I've seen that error before if you have 3.0 Beta 2 SDK with 3.0 Beta 3 OS Software)

2. Just plug it back in and it should be recognised. If not then you could try turning them both OFF then back ON again and finally connect the two. Once it appears in Organiser, click on it, then select Use for Development

Thanks for the reply,
1)We are sure we are using the SDK 3.0 downloaded from developer.apple.com and OS 3.0 from apple site.

2) We formatted our mac and updated OS to 10.5.6 also,We again installed SDK 3.0 but we are getting the same problem.

Thank You
