Default Trouble submitting to appstore?

Anyone else having trouble submitting to the app store? We can input all other info, but on the binary it says it isn't currently accepting binary files. Been that way at least a week...

Somewhere it says they will contact you when they are ready for your binary. If you notice they start accepting them feel free to post on the forum and let us know though. I have been waiting and would like to know as soon as they do. I am sure some others would appreciate it too.

Maybe you're right and they are just not accepting yet. We found the submission page using Google, rather than from an Apple announcement. (Of course had to have our license info to log in.) Interface accepts all info except the binary.

I found the notice about not submitting binaries, I wont post it here because apple has already sent there legal team after at least one blog I know of for posting information from that section of the site.

You only see it if you get there through the program portal link on the dev site. If you want to see it yourself try looking in DevCenter -> Program Portal -> Distrobution -> App Store.

The answer is quite simple. The button to submit your binary will become visible only after Apple releases the final Gold version of iPhone OS 2.0 to developers. Only apps compiled with the Gold SDK for the final OS will be accepted. Submitting apps compiled with Beta SDK makes no sense, right. So, let's just wait until the final OS 2.0 is out. It will be very soon. Search the web for rumors to see when.

Gizmodo had an article up yesterday or the day before saying that the plan is to have the gold master version of 2.0 seeded to developers by Friday.

The story you are referring to: http://gizmodo.com/5019445/iphone-20-go ... his-friday

I had to look a long time to find it, I ended up finding a link in a MacRumors story. I thought it might save someone some trouble.
