Default What is wrong with this PNG

I created an icon for my application . I created the icon using Adobe Illustrator. In Adobe it says the Icon is exactly 57 * 57 Pixels.

I am trying to submit my application since this morning but every time I get the same error message..

"The binary you uploaded was invalid. The icon file must be exactly 57x57 pixels, in .png format."

Did any of you faced a problem like this. If so , please let me know what I should do to resolve this.

I don't know to upload the image here. So if some one wants to have a look at the icon please post your mail address and I will send the icon to you.

Thanks in advance.

I ran into issues with some of my PNG files. One of my image editing packages would create a PNG that didn't work when I added the image to an image view. When I resaved the file using a different image editing program, it worked fine.

Moral of the story? Not all image editing software is the same.

In Adobe, I had to use the Save For Web Mobile option, instead of just a regular save.

when all else fails... and you dont want to buy expensive photo editing software.. upload the icon to photobucket... adjust the size there.. hit save and re-download it
