Application idea
Might be cool to build an RC helicopter remote controller using iPhone, utilizing the tilt sensor to balance the heli in the air, tile forward to fly forward, tilt back to fly back and stuff...

perhaps even mount a video camera on the flyer and feed live cockpit video back to the iphone, now you can do some serious spying... oh man

yes, and then you run into someone and your iphone jumps out of your hand and the helicopter does an unplanned looping... Cool. You might want to start with a RC car first.
