Change keypad type in web application

Hi,

I am writing a web page for iphone where i have fields like Name,Date of Birth,ZipCode.For each of these i want the different keypad types to be open.
e.g. only Numeric for zipcode,datePicker for date of Birth.

Please let me know if any one has tried this before.
