Code to compose mail (body and subject) and bring-up email

then just use the HTML mailto format for the email address, subject, and body.

Except the 'mailto:' URL doesn't have slashes in it. The proper format for a 'mailto' URL is:

mailto:[someone@somewhere.com][?[subject=encoded_subject][&body=encoded_message_body]]
