Well, I am a graphic designer, but I am currently working on another project.
What exactly do you need?

I need someone to do the graphics for the game

In general it’s really not a big project. We’re looking for a simple clean yet attractive design with a little basic animation.
This is a rough estimation for the game:
~ 30 simple (for ex. Shovel, bin) gameplay images( including different colors and tiles)..
~ a few basic animation (usually movement)
2 icons
~8-10 screens (and all graphic, icons needed) - that incl.the main menu, game screen, help/options etc..

I’d be happy to give you more info on the game, if you’re willing to sign a simple short NDA.

Well, even if I hadn't a project I am working on right now, I couldn't make what you need in time since I will be in Berlin for a couple of days. That actually is a lot work to do. So I am sorry, but I have to say no.

Hi Jack the rat,
Thank you.
The game is quite simple with simple gameplay. I must say that i didn't think it's that much.
8-10 screen sounds alot but it's just the usual number in every game- splash, main menu, game screen, options, help, about, high score, etc.
They All have the same theme.

How long would you estimate it should take(days/hours)?

Thanks again!

Well, a splash screen usually take the most time. (I assume around 2 hours of work, can become less, but more of course too, depends on the look and on how many revisions the client want) I thought you were talking about 8-10 different backgrounds. I think what you need is something like a basic background for the main menu, options, help, about, highscore etc. Maybe another one for the ingame background. In addition to that an image you can put text on (like the help and about text etc...) and a button design ... that makes around 4 to 5 image files ... I think that could add another 3+ hours of work... in addition to that 30 icons in different colors, I dont know how big these need to be. If they are high res icons, its going to take very much time. If these are just 30x30 pixel (one colored) icons, it will be less time of course...

So all in all, it really depends on the look you want

Thank you ! That's exactly what I meant
I should have described it better

Assuming 2 hrs for splash, say 4-5 hrs for backgrounds and 10hr for images etc., say even 15 if I want better looking, I think it should all be finished in about ~20 hr tops.

Thanks for better describing this.
Cheers!

Hi, I think the main problem is the price. You assumed around 20 hours of work, that is 10$/hour by your budget...

Based on 20 hours of work, I agree that is a low price...although Im a little unsure how the assumption of 20 hours of work has been worked out in the first place.

2 hours for a title screen for example... its possible, but chances are its not going to be very good. That doesnt give much time for concepting the image, designing a logo etc, putting it all together and polishing it up. Not unless its pretty basic. Most professional title screens will have days of work put into them, with different versions, different logo styles etc tried out before settling on a final version. Even if you settle for only one version, it really should have considerably more time invested into it than 2 hours.

Then theres the animations. No details of what the animated items are, style, size or what the animations actually need to be. Without that info theres no way that anyone can even begin to guess at how long the work will take.

So, along with a stated low price and an original tight deadline, Im not surprised if the contract hasnt been filled yet.

Im assuming that the client must have little requirement for quality at that price and schedule.

Why would the person need experience with 3D and android games?

And why Vectors, what's the point?
