need Top of Line Developer for Productivity App (serious)

There is an investor involved, so this is not a joke nor a small job. (it's not enormous either)

I am looking for a serious developer/programmer (company or individual) who can do these three very important things: (preferably someone/ company in NY City)

• build/code a sophisticated (medium level complexity) iPhone/iPad app
• soon after, build/code the same app for multi-platforms: (BB & Android)
• has and can later build a full OSX & MS desktop application (medium complexity).


Basics about me and the app:
I am a graphic designer who has extensive knowledge about the iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad.
(i wore the shirts for 3 years.)

• I have designed a front to finish, step by step manual of how to produce the app, complete with schematics and visuals; taking the time consuming part out of it, leaving you to simply build with no (or few) questions asked.

App:
- a productivity app, for iPhone/iPad (immediate build and deploy)
- surprisingly, there is not another app quite in my category. (really? yes, really.)
- 85-90% standard coding, 10-15% custom coding
(this where you need to be a god to do this: no amateurs)
- utilizes: gps location (not navigation), camera, voice memo
- utilizes 2 external APIs (relative small use)
- 36 screens (34 have standard functions, 1 is complex but has been done before, 1 is complex but has been seen before on the web, not in apps)


C++,Java, XCode, Ruby, XHTML,CS3-4, MS, iPhone, BlackBerry, Android SDK... a OSX programming GOD.
