Developer Wanted - To Do/Note application

Looking for an experienced developer capable of developing a semi-sophisticated To Do application for iPhone/iPod Touch. Will consist of three tabs each with different but similar features, such as adding text and dates.

A preferences page will also be included, with other possibilities.

Looking to pay between USD$100 - USD$200 and then 40% profits to you then after.

I have 1000 guaranteed downloads in the first month. Could go up to 100 000+ over the lifetime. Working from 1000 downloads with USD$0.27 profit to you per download, that is an extra USD$270 after the first month.

However this is only working with USD$0.99 stats. I am planning on a higher price for it.

and since you're going to sell the app for AT LEAST .99 :

so at a guaranteed 1000 downloads at a minimum of $.99 you'll be making $693 after apple's share. and that's if you only have it at a minimum of $.99!

As i see it, it looks like you have the original $200 + a minimum of $700 in sales.

i'm sure that you're so confident in the app you have to be designed that you'll be more than happy to front the money for a confirmed amount of sales. right?

I understand you may not have the money up front to pay a developer $200+$270 before your app is released, but saying things like

only hurts your credibility. No one can guarantee downloads.
