Position: Full-Time iPhone Developer

DESCRIPTION
Become part of Voalte Inc, a start-up company in Sarasota, FL. Voalte is developing a new and innovative communication solution for healthcare providers on the iPhone. This is a challenging opportunity to apply your strong software engineering skills to solve communication problems at the point of patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain iPhone applications.
- Apply standard industry software design and development practices.
- Write technical specifications and design documentation.
- Participate throughout the software development life cycle.
- Communicate effectively with others.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of iPhone or Mac development
- Object-oriented programming in Objective-C
- C language
- UIKit/Cocoa framework experience
- Xcode

2+ years of UNIX experience (i.e., Mac, Linux, BSD)
- Comfortable with the command-line interface
- Commands: ssh, make, ls, tail, grep, scp
- Build open-source projects
- Familiar with command-line text editors (i.e., vi, nano, emacs)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- "Agile" development
- Open minded to new ideas, tools and techniques
- Have a willingness to learn new technologies
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must have proof of documentation to work in the USA
