How to select the text of PDF for making Notes/Annotation in iPhone SDK

Hello Friends,

I am working on the PDF App for iPad and facing some issue while working on Annotation/Notes.

I have to create the notes/Annotation in the existing PDF through iPad but did not get any help from anywhere. Guys I know how to make the notes/annotation in PDF but will not able to select the text of PDF for making annotation just like GoodReader did. GoodReader select the text in very efficient manner i would also like to do the same thing.

Guys can you please tell the approach how would i achieve the same thing (I used the tiled layer for displaying PDF into iPad).
