Need Mac Developer (US Only)

I am looking for a truly talented Mac OS X developer to develop the concept I have been working on for the past few months. I have spoken to some developers who are dumbfounded by the fact this hasn't been executed yet. I have done a lot of researching and have yet to find a utility like this. I have been through the whole process of hiring a developer, designer, etc. and launching a fairly successful app and I know how crucial an agile and hardworking developer is. I am very serious about getting this done right and want someone who wants to develop a high quality piece of software. I need someone from the United States. If you are based in the South, that is even better.

The project is very Bluetooth intensive so if you do not have expertise with Bluetooth please do not email me.

I am looking to discuss details ASAP, have a quote by early next week and start the next week. If you have a project you are finishing up and need some more time I'd be happy to consider you.
