Looking For Experienced iOS Developer (US Only)

I am looking for a truly talented iOS developer to develop the concept I have been working on for the past few months. I have spoken to some developers who are dumbfounded by the fact this hasn't been executed yet. I have done a lot of researching and have yet to find a utility like this. I have been through the whole process of hiring a developer, designer, etc. and launching a fairly successful app and I know how crucial an agile and hardworking developer is. I am very serious about getting this done right and want someone who wants to develop a high quality piece of software. I need someone from the United States. If you are based in the South, that is even better.

The project is very Bluetooth intensive so if you do not have expertise with Bluetooth please do not email me.

I am looking to discuss details ASAP, have a quote by early next week and start the next week. If you have a project you are finishing up and need some more time I'd be happy to consider you.

You state that you know how hard it is to find a good programmer, and that you only want to hire someone in the US, but your budget is for 33 to 56 hours at the going rate for someone you describe.

I am the sole engineer of two different Apps of the Week and an iPad Photo App of the Year, but there is no way I would consider taking on a bluetooth based development project for a budget of less than 60 hours. That is like a week of work. Even the most basic simple apps take a solid week to do right.

Just letting my perspective in case it helps.
