Paying $75 for MobileSubstrate "tweak"..

I'm looking for a mobile substrate tweak to do the following:

Scope:

• Ignore any "remote wipe" request sent from an Exchange Server. I don't care about any of the other EAS policies, but if you want to ignore the others that's fine, too.
• Allow for "spoofing" of the Device name, model, type, ID and User agent information provided to the Exchange server.

Requirements:

• Must work on iPhone 4S/iOS 5.0.1
• Must not modify the policy applied return to the Exchange server (eg. must always report compliance!)
• Must provide source code.
