STARTUP IPHONE DEV TEAM

Hello, I decided to put together a iPhone/iPad development team. We need the following people to apply for this -

1. Developers. Any kind of app developer from games to utilities.
2. Designer. We need people that are good a photoshop and have experience designing applications.
3. Marketing. We need people that can post on forums, submit to review sites, etc.

The pay scale will be with a revenue split system. Developers will receive 50% of revenue, designers will get 25% and marketers will get 25%.

I am not the owner of this, I just want to put a small team together so there is mutual benefit.
