Mobile Application Developer
£27'000 + benefits (pension & healthcare)
Stockport nr Manchester

Our client is a major electronic systems company acting in areas such as defence, aerospace, airlines security and safety, information technology, and transportation services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Part of a team of software designers and developers working on a web application for mobile telephony in the transport industry. Responsible for the design, coding, testing and configuration.

The majority of work will be carried out at our client's premises in Stockport. Some travel to client sites other UK sites may be required. Therefore, flexibility to travel and work at other locations is essential

Skills

Essential:
• Experienced in iPhone Apps Development
• Experience of Java and Java technologies
• Experience of JUnit and Automated Test Tools
• Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience

Desirable:
• Linux and Shell Scripts
• Maven
• Webservices
• Experience of Agile
• App designer Experience
• Experience of Windows Mobile/Android App Development

Qualities, Abilities and Aptitudes

Essential:
